Collection: Shiny Hoops

This collection features my shiny sterling silver hoop earrings, handcrafted one pair at a time in my Pacific Northwest metalsmith studio. Each hoop is made from solid 925 sterling silver and finished with a soft, brushed shine.

I fabricate every pair by hand using traditional forging and hammering techniques. Working the metal this way creates hoops that are light, strong, and durable, with subtle surface variation that can’t be achieved through mass production. Sizes range from small, understated hoops to larger statement styles, all finished with solid sterling silver posts and comfortable for everyday wear.

With over 25 years of metal smithing experience and a BFA in Metal Design from the University of Washington, my focus is on creating timeless jewelry that is repairable, recyclable, and made to last. I work in small batches and use post-consumer recycled sterling silver whenever possible.

These shiny silver hoops are simple, refined, and designed to be worn often—well-made pieces that age beautifully over time.
