Free Shipping in the USA
All US orders ship free and fully insured. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. All packages ship standard USPS with tracking. You can choose to pay for an upgrade to other methods at checkout.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Please see individual items. If you're in a hurry, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Gift Notes & Packaging
Every piece arrives minimally and elegantly packaged in a recyclable jewelry box with a jute twine bow, ready for gifting. I'm happy to include a handwritten gift note — just send me a note after ordering.

International Orders
The buyer is responsible for all import fees and customs taxes. I've had very little trouble shipping overseas to many countries, though delivery can take 2 weeks or longer depending on your location, sometimes it is less than a week and I do not know why. Holiday season orders are especially slow internationally. Thank you for doing international business with me — please don't hesitate to ask questions!

Customs and taxes are added at check out. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to international shipping times, my return window is 14 days from delivery for orders shipped outside the United States. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To initiate a return, please contact me at ssaintdon@gmail.com before shipping any item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as I cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Cancellations and changes are accepted within 1 hour of purchase (maybe longer, try me).
How to Care for Sterling Silver Jewelry
Minimize tarnishing and scratching by storing jewelry in a box, cloth, or bag. Clean with hot water and soap, and lightly polish with toothpaste or damp baking soda. Remove tarnish with a Sunshine brand polishing cloth, available at riogrande.com. On antiqued pieces, follow the same procedure then rub raised surfaces lightly with the cloth. Please do not use dips or creams, they are too harsh. Remove all jewelry while bathing and swimming — exposure to body products sometimes is too harsh and chlorine and salt weakens all metals. Please wear rubber ear nuts on ear wires to prevent loss.
How to Care for Oxidized Black Jewelry
Minimize scratching by storing in a box, cloth, or bag. Clean with alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, hot water and soap — do not scrub. Oxidized pieces are very lightly coated with cacao butter; reapply this or just a hand salve if the finish looks dull. Remove all jewelry while bathing and swimming — body products, chlorine and salt can affect the metals and finish. I am happy to redo the sulfur tarnish oxidation for $5 plus shipping, or just let it sit out and do not touch them so they turn black on their own. Please don't hesitate to contact me with questions!

I use sterling silver and gold with 50–90% post-consumer recycled content, sourced from fair-labor practicing suppliers. I believe that purchasing high-quality, repairable, and recyclable jewelry is an important environmental choice. I work in small batches, minimizing waste and strengthening metal through hand-forming techniques rather than casting.
