Refund Policy

I have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, including weekends and holidays.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

To start a return or cancel an order before it ships, contact me at ssaintdon@gmail.com. Returns must be sent back to me and I am not responsible for lost items.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges: Return the item you have, and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds: Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time varies by bank.
